Refund policy
At Mamoa Skincare, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item:

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon return approval.

If the item was not marked as a gift, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.
